Intensive Care in Cerebral Hemorrhage - Kolan British Hospital

Intensive Care in Cerebral Hemorrhage

Cerebrovascular disorders (such as stroke or paralysis) may lead to disability or even death. In particular, cerebral hemorrhage should be diagnosed in an early stage, and such patients should be treated within intensive care units, and if necessary, should be taken into surgery. In our hospital, treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage is carried out by physicians specialized therein. Patients in intensive care unit are put into the care and follow-up plan by nurses by the first day of intensive care stay. For patients who are unable to swallow or should not swallow, a thin nasal tube is used to send foods directly to stomach. Gastrointestinal tract is used for feeding patients as long as it is possible.
